You can start whenever you want and with whatever theme you want. This isn’t meant to be completed in any sort of chronological order. Take a look at each monthly theme and pick one! 

The suggestions are meant to be simple. However, they vary widely in length and depend on the theme. For example, some days might suggest a quick 5-minute breathing technique, while other suggestions include a 20-minute stretch routine. Some of the suggested podcasts have episodes that are under 20 minutes and some are over an hour. You can pick and choose which daily activity to complete based on your timeframe.

You get to decide what you want to do with your activities and results. This is YOUR program to do with as you choose. No one is looking over your shoulder 😉, so do what feels best to you.
